First off, Pay For Performance has nothing to do with how much you will pay. It simply means that you, the customer, will be the deciding factor in how much we compensate our professional house cleaners. Our professional house cleaners take pride in doing a wonderful job because they are compensated based on how happy you are as a customer.

If you’re like most people, your first question when calling a cleaning company is this, “What are your rates?” There’s no denying that most people believe pricing is the most important criteria when selecting a maid service. And you can bet that every cleaning company knows that a cheap rate is the easiest way to get a new customer. Unfortunately, that’s the root of the problem within the cleaning industry. Think about it…. providing a cheap housecleaning really isn’t that difficult. All it takes is some cheap cleaning supplies and a little get-up-and-go. Sounds like a perfect plan, right? You’re going to get an opportunity to rate and review every single one of our house cleaning services. After we’re finished cleaning your house, you’ll have the chance to provide direct feedback on the quality of the house cleaning. Basically, you will rate the service on a scale from 1-10. Your rating – and your rating alone – directly determines the exact compensation level that we pay our employees. Your opinion is the only factor that we use when determining the paycheck level for our employees. As a result your opinion is way more important than our opinion here in the office!

The plan works for a variety of reasons. First, your opinion obviously matters. Gone are the days when you have to worry about your maid caring about your home. She cares because her paycheck depends on your satisfaction. The happier our employees make you; the more money they can earn with our company. Secondly, the plan creates owners out of every single one of our employees. Management books are notorious for preaching the idea of employee ownership. The reason is simple and straightforward – owners typically care more because their livelihood depends on the success of the business. The Pay For Performance Plan doesn’t directly provide ownership of the business – but it certainly provides the same incentive. A happy customer means better paychecks.
